Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial)
Is a legal document by which you appoint a trusted person (referred to as “the attorney”) to make personal, financial, legal and property decisions on your behalf if you lose the mental capacity to do so yourself.
You assign an Enduring Power of Attorney to a trusted person to make appropriate financial and personal decisions for you.
Among the tasks an attorney can execute on your behalf are: bill payments, document signing, property transactions, and managing shares or bank accounts.

Medical Treatment Decision
Each person has the right to make their own medical treatment choices. Yet, if you are incapacitated and unable to make decisions, whether temporarily or permanently, you can designate a medical proxy who can make medical decisions for you.
