An Enduring Power of Attorney is given to someone that you trust to make the right financial and personal decisions on your behalf.

Everyone has a right to make their own medical treatment decisions. Is a legally binding document that empowers you to make clear arrangements for your future health, care and end of life matters. This document records your decisions and wishes for medical treatment.
