Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial)
This legal document enables you to nominate a trustworthy person (named as “the attorney”) to handle your personal, financial, legal, and property matters if you lose the mental capacity to manage them yourself.
You bestow an Enduring Power of Attorney upon a trusted individual to make beneficial financial and personal decisions for you.

Medical Treatment Decision
Everyone has a right to make their own medical treatment decisions. However, if you are unable to make decisions either temporarily or permanently then you can choose a medical who can make medical decisions on your behalf. Appointing a person to make medical decisions for you can be very burdensome, however our team can guide and assist you as to whom and when you appoint a trusted person to make medical decisions on your behalf.
