Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial)
This is a legal instrument whereby you assign a reliable individual (known as “the attorney”) to make personal, financial, legal, and property-related decisions for you, should you lose the mental capability to make such decisions.
You assign an Enduring Power of Attorney to a trusted person to make appropriate financial and personal decisions for you.
Some of the duties that an attorney can make on your behalf are; paying your bills, signing documents, purchasing or selling property, managing shares or bank accounts.

Every individual is entitled to make their own medical treatment decisions. Nonetheless, should you become incapable of making decisions either temporarily or permanently, you have the option to nominate a person who can make medical decisions on your behalf. The task of appointing someone for this role can be demanding, but our team is ready to assist and guide you on who and when to appoint a trusted person for making medical decisions on your behalf.
Advanced Care Directive
Is a legally binding document that empowers you to make clear arrangements for your future health, care and end of life matters. This document records your decisions and wishes for medical treatment. It also stipulates what medical treatment you do and do not want in case of emergencies. You will need to consult your doctor when completing an Advance Care Directive document.
