Executors or Administrators can receive assistance from our team in the application process for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration at the Supreme Court of Victoria, followed by the distribution of the Estate in line with the deceased’s Will.

A “Probate” is a certification provided by the Supreme Court of Victoria that confirms the legitimacy of a Will, allowing the Executor to commence gathering the deceased’s assets.

In the absence of a Will, the “Letters of Administration” process is instigated. Here, the next of kin is appointed to administer the estate, collecting and allocating the estate’s assets as per the law.
