Maria is a Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in deceased estates, probate and estate administration. She assists executors, administrators and beneficiaries with all aspects of estate administration, including applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, Survivorship Applications and Estate Litigation in Testators Family Maintenance (family provision/Part IV claims).
Maria holds a Bachelor of Legal Studies and an Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) and is currently completing her Juris Doctor (Masters of Law). She also has experience in Wills and property transactions.
Known for her attention to detail, professionalism and compassionate approach, Maria provides clear and practical guidance to clients during what is often a difficult time. She is committed to ensuring each estate is handled efficiently, accurately and with care.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and exploring new places.
