Rebecca was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 2014.
Rebecca has practiced in the areas of Family Law, Commercial Law, Wills & Estates and Litigation. Rebecca has now narrowed her focus to primarily Family Law matters, Divorces, Intervention Orders, appearing in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia.
Rebecca also has experience in Victims of Crime matters and debt recovery matters.
To appease her interest for social justice, Rebecca moved to Cairns to work for a Women’s Legal service practicing in Family Law and domestic violence matters. During her time at the legal service, Rebecca obtained significant experience in relation to parenting and financial matters and appeared in the Federal Circuit Court regularly.
Rebecca also has experience delivering culturally safe advice to people whom identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, through her work with a Victorian Indigenous Legal Service.
Rebecca brings compassion and understanding to difficult situations which is essential when assisting clients through their legal matrimonial matters.
