Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial)
It’s a legal paper by which you empower a dependable person (termed as “the attorney”) to make personal, financial, legal, and property judgments on your behalf, should you become mentally incapable of doing so.
An Enduring Power of Attorney is conferred upon an individual you trust to make suitable financial and personal judgments on your behalf.
